When we spend our energy in this way, we see results in our lives that are meaningful and fill us up from the inside.

Deeply held beliefs are a story you tell yourself, the rules you set for yourself. You can only go so far in life as the limits of the deeply held beliefs you maintain.
Mindset coaching is not a therapy session. It is you becoming aware of your actions in an arena–through an endeavor–that you are choosing to take part in, which becomes a display of your subconscious self, your beliefs, your rules of behavior.
We keep this feedback loop visible and accessible via the ongoing endeavor, typically endurance training.
It doesn’t have to be endurance coaching; we can find other means to do something consistently, to create an opportunity for the subconscious to present itself, so we can break down the self-talk and the beliefs that arise around it.
Often times nothing will come up while pursuing your endeavor, but when a behavior or belief does bubble up to the surface, an opportunity presents itself.
When we recognize your existing story, we can begin to create a new story, in part by you simply doing the actions that align with the new story, by you practicing the new belief system.
